CUSTOMER CARE

We do our work with love, and take good care of your purchase, promise

1. ZezaDesign products are made by hand, that is why we have a limited stock.

We send products from stock once the payment/order is completed. For any questions mail to info@zeza.nl

2. Shipping and shipping costs

The shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight. A shipping-insurance can
be made on request. After the payment is made the order will be sent within 7 days. If this doesn’t happen, you will receive an e-mail about this. If requested, after a consultation the order can also be picked up. 

3. Return

You are free to return the order (or part of it) if it’s unused within 7 days of delivery. The cost for sending returns are for your own responsibility. After the return is received, the paid amount will be refunded within 10 days to your bankaccount.

4. Products made on request

Many products can be made at ZezaDesign after your personal wishes. Return or exchange is unfortunately not possible when a product is made exclusively for the client. If you would like an article with a name or in a different color scheme that’s not available in the range you can contact by email.

5. Picking up orders 

You can pick up your order, after consultation.
